Things that go bump, in the daytime?
I think we're all familiar with the stories of things that go bump in the night. But what about daytime? I was sitting in my basement doing laundry, when I heard a piano playing. We don't own a piano. Years ago, in the house where I grew up, I heard my brother coming down the basement stairs one day. He was across town, mowing Aunt Betsy's lawn.

Re: Things that go bump, in the daytime?
I'd been changing the stack of records on the stereo and to get my attention my roommate laid her hand on my shoulder & requested a specific Moody Blues album ... But she was working the nightshift across town at the time.
Quite often when I was working reception, I'd see cars drive up to park in front of the building ... & do a double-take because they wouldn't be there, but then would actually arrive a few minutes later, as announced. Boiiing!

A perfect example of this from yesterday.
After I went to work, Endorable walked into our bathroom and saw the hand mirror we keep on a hook on the wall swinging by itself.

There was no fan, air vent, etc, to cause this (she checked), made this video to send to me, then took it down. She had put it back on its hook by the time I got home, where it hung perfectly still.
When I pushed it with a finger to make it swing, it moved back and forth for about two swings in each direction before it settled back to a stop, in the space of about 2 seconds.
Believe it or not, this doesn't even make the Top 10 Weird Things list for our lives at the moment. lol
