I smell rain

Post by Firebird »

I smell rain yet there isn't a cloud in the sky, our couch surfer mentioned it too.
Wonder whats up. Weve had a real mild spring it has been lovely with over cast ever morning. Today it was clear and were in for a heat wave.

We've got the puffy clouds but only 3 or 4 drops of rain have fallen. My garden needs a decent rain to happen.

Mother Nature has been doing weird stuff lately.

Come and taste of the cauldron's brew and magic she will give to you

We got about 20 minutes of rain last night. It made it muggy, but later the slight breeze was relief.

I wonder if rain smell travels like sound? I once heard whale song with a thunder storm. Not a whale in sight...in MICH.

Mother nature doing weird stuff is the understatement of the century, It boggles my mind that we have someone sitting in the main seat saying global warming isn't a thing.

I cry for the planet frequently and apologize for the stupid humans that have sought to control her, raping her of her natural resources and using them to destructive ends. Really, I seriously wonder what it must have been like about 150 years ago. Sure, there's no hospital down the street but people worked hard and stayed fit, sugar was a treat and not the mainline drug it has become. The native peoples must have got some revenge in the cancers created by the corruption of their sacred plant. Ok there were hardships but that what makes one strong. Now all one has to do is sit back and be pelted with negative media that re-in forces PTSD in some and anxiety for the rest. New data about cell phones, sad. Yep, check, check, check shoot up, your hooked. Recently was looking at geo tracker map, poison is everywhere. I'm really off on a rail now...better quit.

Prehistoric Michigan was covered by sea. The planet remembers. The planet can provide lullabies like whale song or crashing waves. Colorado has been landlocked for more than a few years, but sometimes I hear and smell the ocean. I think we tap into a global memory when we experience something like that.

You really don't want to know about the Pentagon Brief "The Weather as Weapon - 2025". HAARP are not things of heaven anymore. They've figured out how to make droughts and place and hold them where they want them. Most expensive liquid could real soon be fresh water not light crude. Most of the worlds fresh water reserve is in the Western Hemisphere.

That's a good point, Snow. The area was also desert after the sea waters left. There are several species of desert plants growing here.
