Some years ago I needed to recover a memory in detail, so I went to the playground of the school I had attended and asked a tree I used to play around if it could help. It did. It remembered me and slid that into my thoughts so I could re-experience briefly what I was like and who I was at the age I played by the tree. I was able then to recover the necessary memory. It affected a major decision in my path.
