Exactly! When I try to write too much I burn out and get sick of it. I like this idea. I don't feel I need to write every single day, but I do want to start writing when something comes up. Checking in with one another sounds like a good idea for that. ^-^

New Years is always a great time to remotivate myself. Hahah! Never too late to start! That's a great idea, though. I want to start keeping better tabs on myself and do more diary entries.

I really need to get better at keeping track of things like that.

Sometimes I struggle with that - trying to define if I'm really not feeling well or if it's spiritually related. What do you do when you're not sure?

I haven't read every response here, but I wanted to reply. I have PTSD and used to self-harm since I didn't know how to deal with the hurricane inside my body. Through my spirituality, I was able to heal and grow thus stopping any self-harm and anxious tendencies. This was something for me to focus ...

Things are much better! I have noticed that energy work makes me a little queasy still, but through practice and patience I am learning. I haven't had any other body aches or pains as of late, so I'm feeling much better.

With my experience with visions, I let them happen and store them as information for later. Whether they happen or not, I try not to worry too much about it. Kind of like meditation - you let the thought come, acknowldge it, and let it go. I try to keep a diary of notes and thoughts I have, so if so...

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm not too familiar with it to say one way or another...

It's been almost three months and I'm doing much, much better. I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you all for your advice and feedback.

I did a second session with Lee and once again, it was wonderful. Lee helped clear some things blocking me and I am feeling much better.
