Today I am grateful for quiet. And for the fact that paring knives can apparently be used to carve wood in a pinch. (Very water-damaged wood, admittedly, but still. Don't worry, I was careful.)

Anyway, I want to know if there is any safety tips around hexing? Like what to do and not to do? The biggest Don't would be hexing in the first place. I've found three or four small citrines (and one pretty big one), all rough, in the gravel and dirt at my mom's wildlife center. They're pretty common in Oregon, apparently. It's possible they're not there by the intent of the business owners.

Carnelian generally likes sunlight, in my experience XD (Which reminds me, I should probably sun-charge my carnelians soon.) If it likes a certain spot, it's generally a good idea (if possible) to give it that spot.

witch_baby, a tip - a piece of selenite or carnelian, kept with any other stone, will keep those stones clear, and they're self-cleaning as well. ;3
