Identify those things that cause you anxiety. Then write down the answers to these questions:

-What is causing my anxiety?
-What fears cause my anxiety?
-How true (give a percent) are my fears? What makes them true?
-What are some things I can do to minimize/eliminate my anxiety?

I was wondering if members of a coven worship the same God/Goddess.
In a coven, do members do things only for The One God & Goddess and any facets of The One is kept for individuals to worship on their own time at home? I'm curious as to how covens work.
