I know I will definitely have to practice this a lot. I always have trouble making my mind stop repeating. I have a type of OCD where the same thoughts just repeat over and over. It won't stop until I fall asleep and as soon as I wake up even just a little bit it starts again.

I was reading The Witch's Rune by Doreen Valiente. It says "Queen of Heaven, Queen of Hell" Most of what I have read says most do not believe in hell and that we go to the Summerland not heaven. So I am confused about the meaning of those 2 titles.
