I would suggest buying a few '101' style books if you're able to, from there if you find anything that particularly appeals to you I would get a more in depth, specialized book for gods and goddesses it is probably best to look online as there are so many in different paths I'm not a wiccan and I do...

you could use the quartz if it's big enough

we all feel like this at one point or another, especially so when we go through transitional periods in our life, are you at the point where you've just left school, college etc ? changes or endings can be very daunting

I put 'meditation playlist' into youtube earlier and quite a few chakra tracks where they talk you through it as you're meditating came up, it wasn't what I was looking for so I dunno how good they are but it might be worth trying one of those to start with
