Can anyone recommend some herbs to mix and carry in a pouch which will help with the cold/flu. I have got it again!

Also if anyone has any suggestions on how to ward it off for the future I would be deeply grateful, I work in a school so I am always picking up the pesky bug from the kids.

The only other problem with baby oil is it is usually already quite heavily scented so I would watch which oils you mix with it. Plus like Hedgewitch said it is very oily and doesn't absorb into the skin well so it would perhaps need washed off soon after to get rid of the tacky feeling.

I think you need to leave things be and try focussing on getting on with the other parts of your life, you can not persuade sonmeone to be with you. Books really are worth their weight in gold. I am an English teacher so I would say that. I havenever flung a book out in my life and I am very reluctant to sell them. Happy to loan them out but never depart from them.

These homemade items sound fab just the type of thing I would be interested in. I believe that if you are following the wiccan way and believing in the god and goddess then you should use as much of nature as you possibly can and give back to nature wherever you can.

Sorry wolfheart, I have never heard of it or been to it, but it does sound like a really good idea to open it back up. There are so few decent websites to purchase quality materials for a decent price. If that is what you could offer then I say go for it.
