I go through phases of feeling the need to practice or organise or prepare...always winds up being a reason. In between I don't actually practice much, lol. I do a lot of reading and learning though, in between more active phases.

I would also recommend not showing your feelings toward the neighbor. Sometimes evil people don't take it well if they realize someone *sees* them. Keep it superficial, light and polite, with a sense of distance.
