Well I didn't get anything accomplished..I fainted and had a seizure so was in ER for most of the night and day...That was my New Years! I was bummed out because I was home alone and it was the perfect time! UGH! Oh well there is always next year!

p3nathan that is sweet. Sounds like a good idea.. I thought of doing a cleansing and then a smuging..but the candle idea is great to add on!

Is there anything I can do to bring in the New Year. I am still a beginner however wanted to do something special. Any suggestions?

I see a lot of people also in the craft doing tarot. (I may not of put this the right way sorry if offended). Is this a good idea to learn. I have heard it can help later down the road if need questions asked and or a vision of your path..What do you guys think?

I wouldn't have books really but herbs, oils, charcoal tabs. Stuff like that. I make the oil and incense I make tarot bags too so stuff like that. I guess if you had to you could play it off as non witchy. I think it would be fun to do once in a while. I have so much organic lavender it would take ...

Heartsong Well I am doing the spell..not sure when because I am still preparing for room cleansing. I want to make sure its the right time and I am in the right place. Slowly gathering items and energy. Also have a 18 mth year old..so it makes hard to meditate and or cast..lol but I love her to deat...
