For the past two days, I have tried meditating and I can't get to a deeper relaxation - I'm pretty sure its because of all the stress I'm going through. Does anyone have any techniques to help relax when theyre under stress?

So my parents have been accusing me of a bunch of rediculous things lately and everytime I try to sit down and talk to them calmly, they refuse to listen to what I have to say. Is there anything I can do to make them understand my point of view?
