Everything Under the Moon

I have visions both awake and asleep and used to have trouble with the latter... just differentiating between normal dreams and prophetic dreams. Now I suppose people dream in different ways and perhaps have information come to them in different forms but I thought I would tell people how I seperate...

I believe the -kinesis term for this to be atmokinesis. But it's all a bit too Xmen for my taste. I tend to create strong gail force winds when I'm particularly angry or upset.

When I'm down, I chant:

Both life and soul have lost their shine,
But I call to the greatest powers divine.
So that from day to day I'll cope,
Bring to my life a ray of hope.

More and hope spell than a happiness spell but I find the two are usually connected.

I was looking on Youtube at some videoes of people showing off the covers and the insides of their Books of Shadows. I was wondering what people's views were on this. Does it make your Book any less sacred if you show it? Does it lessen the energy you've put into it?
