physically travel to other realms

Discovered witchcraft a little under a year ago. I'm so confused as to whats real and whats not anymore. By this point Im not out ruling anything. I wanted to know what you guys know about physically traveling to other realms. I know about meditation and mentally traveling to a different place, but what about physically, consciously, traveling? Have any of you had friends, relatives, or yourselves travel? What was your experience? How did you go there (ie portals? are portals even real?)? Any, anything would be beyond appreciated.
