Lucid Dreaming

Post by poetry_princess »

I have been able to do it a few times...by accident. But, people have told me that you can program yourself to have lucid dreams. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it, and could offer me any tips.

:) Thanks

There is a book by Sylvia Browne about dreams.... I think it's called Sylvia Browne's Book Of Dreams.. It gives a lot of dream information.. You could probably get it at a library.
