My nightmare

I had was early this morning.. it was about friend she is going
out at night she never use too.. I don't like it ,for fact she has young child.
Going through a divorce.. well not even separated..
I feel it's very irresponsible .. this person she goes out with..
I have bad feeling about this person in my nightmare
it was death omen she was killed.. I have crying so upset
what I seen been depressed and shaking inside..
keep seeing it all day I don't know what to do ?
I never been so upset.. any help to deal with this.

Are your dreams always premonitions, or was there some clear special signal that this one was a premonition based on reasonable experience & not on emotion? Do your dreams sometimes exaggerate?

Sometimes dreaming of death is your subconscious saying it fears change. Or just that people make dumb decisions, again & again.

Take enough time to ground your energy-body & control your emotions so you aren't so rattled & disturbed by a dream. You seem to live on your emotions & the psychic wave. That's your choice. You can learn to shield without losing your psychic awareness. Acting out emotionally just exhausts you & doesn't change situations. It's not easy to stay balanced as a psychic when you are bombarded with one thing after another, but we have to work at protecting ourselves or we cannot help anyone else.
