Voodoo Lwa Question

I don't know how many (if any) of you incorporate Louisiana Voodoo/Haitian Vodou into your practice, but I have a question concerning a Lwa I encountered.

I've done some workings with Papa Legba. In my current rituals, I call upon him as gatekeeper, to open the channels between our realm and the realm of the spirits. Anyway, a while back, I ordered an oil online meant for invoking Legba. The first night that I used it, before I went to sleep, I had a vision. I witnessed a figure dressed in a suit and top hat, and he looked very slick. This is similar to depictions I've seen of Baron Samedi, except that whereas I've read that Baron Samedi's color is usually purple, this figure was dressed in burnt orange. Was this Baron Samedi, or a different Baron?
