I was just wondering if it was possible to astral travel accidently in your sleep . and how to know if you had astral travelled or if it was just a dream

Many believe that everyone astral travels when they sleep. Is there a difference between dreams and projections? Sometimes when I sleep I can feel a difference between a dream and going "some place", but maybe that's just because I'm used to going where we go when we dream.

When that happens you have to be just awakening before actually awake. The other is just a second before you drift to sleep.
