Wow, here's an old one with Scott Cunningham, Selena Fox, Antiga, and Ray Buckland on talk show Sally Jessy Raphael, 1987.
The audio gets bad towards the end, but vintage non the less.

These videos are amazing. I managed to watch first one so far. It's really, really good. Gives you a great cover on how witches were attacked.
