Past lives are what got us to our current spiritual state

Without the past, we wouldn't be who we are today! Haha.

But, you're right. They're in the past, and really don't need to be dwelled on. What are you going to do now, in the present?

I kinda don't really believe in reincarnation or I do (?); I believe in incarnation; one awareness manifesting.

Trust me, its an even more humbling and sobering concept then reincarnation. One that says, think and care less about past lives, they have passed ... yet more about your present lives ... your individual spirit within the collective soul.

I heard a YouTube which I can't find now, but it read a script of a guy's conversation with God. The inquirer wanted to know about past lives so God took him to another dimension to view them. But there was just the guy and God standing there. The guy asked where were all the other people? God replied that there were no other people, just the guy. God said He'd made it all just for him. All the "others" were himself in other incarnations.

That makes ya' think.

I find my past lives as a comfort as they have shaped my current practices, as at least one of my past lives was that of a dragon. I find it comforting that all my past mistakes and success are what have made me who I am now, and all my future mistakes and successes will shape me to be even greater than I am now.

Just putting this out there... But there is no requirement to actually believe in reincarnation. Many do not.
