I don't carry stones any more. In the 80's I always had a bloodstone in my pocket. Once someone told me to get sodalite and amythist and wear it. I did for a few days, then someone mentioned that when I got close I felt like a furnace. I felt fine but I decided I could take a day off, told my boss I thought I had a fever and he felt the heat to and sent me home. (it was a really stressful job) I didn't wear those two stones together after that. Not sure what was going on. In the 90's when ever I went to the rock store I always came out with another hematite. For some reason I needed it I guess.

That's weird JahaRa, cool color stones aren't known for generating heat, maybe you were really under the weather and the stones prevented you from being any more ill?

My most recent acquisition is an anklet of amazonite stones that I made. Hope it keeps me cooler and more calm!

I didn't know anything about cool stones or hot stones. I don't wear any jewlery anymore because I heat up when I have metal around my neck or arms or fingers. I do have a pair of ruby earrings I can wear for a short time.

Some weeks ago, I got a feeling to get out a little ring with a tiger's eye stone on it. I bought it when I was a kid and had it in storage for years. To get to the box it was in, I cleaned up and organized the top of a dresser. As a reward, I took the ring and am now wearing it on a pinky finger. The idea is for the tiger's eye to help clear up a financial block and get the energy flowing. I want to enchant the ring for that purpose. I have an idea as to how I'm going to do that but I need to work on the words for the spell.
