Holy Seals????

Discussion of Christianity and other religious systems. How can we explain our faith to Christians? How can you merge your faith in Jesus with your belief in the metaphysical?

Holy Seals????

Post by Mazu Sakura »

I heard from someone about Holy Seals... Spells cast on Churches to protect them from "Demons and Darkness"
Are these real???? What exactly are they if I am wrong???
The tears we cry are the scars we bear.
May we bear them with pride, for they tell the story of who we are and where we have been.
BLESSED BE!

Do you mean like how gargoyle's can be a Christian church protector's?
I have also heard of church's having ritual's for cleansing or protecting the church and it's grounds but I don't know any more about these rituals (it may also depend on the "priest" in charge of the church and how the church's congregation believe).

Is this for specific religion or faith?

I believe any Christian Church, mainly Catholics, but yes, I do mean those rituals and any protectors.

found this site.
I personally have not worked with these, but it looks intriguing sort of along the lines of sigil although those may be more personalized.

Gee, here I was with a mental image of beach seals wearing mitered hats — holy seals, arf-arf.

You may also want to read Revelation, the last book in the Bible. The 7 seals are mentioned quite a bit I believe. Something about only the lamb can open them? I’m not sure, it’s been too long since I’ve read it, but as far as research goes it is one more source of information.
