It looked like normal internet whining to me. Look at any product page on Amazon and you'll see similar complaints... sometimes not even about the product!

To say someone "survived" a "war" because a comment complained about them without even too much detail... It just seems a bit much to me.

Perhaps we're not getting the full story or there are some really sensitive people at CH...
