Error when trying to post in old threads

Hello
I have been trying to post a thank you in various threads for weeks now and I keep getting an error to contact admin.
I sent a couple email requests for help with no teplies, wonder if email addy is correct.

Occasionally the site goes down and an error page may come up. Try contacting Xiao, she should be able to help if it continues.
What forums are you trying to post in?? we have a couple that need approval first. And if you are sending e-mails rather than PM-ing a moderator or support they may not get it right away.

There's been few days in summer when I had to swap from FireFox to Chromium to get login access. Have you tried to change browsers?
Might as well need to look whether your VPN is not acting strangely if you use any. I think in that time I had to shut it off to get login through FF but then it went completely malfunction so Chromium was the only option. I'd conclude that as browsers' software gets updated sometimes it might not be synchro with the phpBB template for whatever complex reasons.

On my new(ish) laptop I've been using Internet Explorer and rarely have trouble on this site, though it doesn't support when I wish to watch my local broadcast station, then I have to switch to Firefox, I haven't downloaded Chrome on this one...yet.

p.s. I was wondering if the threads you try on post on are locked?
I entered "understanding the third eye" in the search window there on the top right of the page and nothing came up. Can you post a link to the page you are trying to post on???
You are able to post here, so elsewhere shouldn't be a problem.

I just tested posting in that particular thread and it was fine. The thread is not locked either. So I would guess (as SL and FF have said) that it may have something to do with your browser.

The forum software sometimes gets glitchy on one or two people at a time. I've had days when all I could get was an error message.
