Rules for The Creative Corner

Post by Starwitch »

While we love when our members share their creativity with us, there are some types of artwork that are inappropriate for EUTM as a family-friendly space. Unacceptable content for the Creative Corner includes extreme graphic violence, incitement to violence, prejudicial remarks, obscenity, erotica, pornography, vulgarity and insensitivity to tragedy/death/injury. Artwork containing unacceptable content will be promptly removed. Our moderators have the final say in determining what is unacceptable.

Please do not plagiarize other people's work. If, for example, you illustrate your story with a picture found somewhere else on the web made by someone besides yourself, please reference where you found it (even a URL is fine). Plagiarized content will be promptly removed.

Please write a descriptive title that indicates the topic you're writing about. While going through these to delete old, uninteresting ones, I get pretty tired of having to open every single topic with a title like, "So this happened..." and "I can't believe...." and so forth. Those are not descriptive. Those are similar to clickbait titles, but not as intriguing. If you're angry that your parents burned all your Wicca stuff, don't title it, "RAGE!!!". Instead, title it, "Parents burned my Wicca stuff!" (the rage is implied, but feel free to add the word to your title, as long as the word itself isn't the whole title.) I may go through and create better titles for the poorly worded ones. Then again, maybe I'll delete those.
Just write a decent title.

I wasn't in love with the "Spam, Nonsense..." thread. The posts worth keeping have been moved to their own threads. The rest of it has been deleted. (Also, "spam" refers to unwanted advertising, which isn't a good word to use in a topic title.)
