I have been a year

I find this place comforting more than other places i hang around the web.
I'm not perfect, but I know I'm good person compared how I felt when i joined.
Lost and confused.. this form has helped me understand more of myself
and what I am capable of .
I had alot of doubt about who I am.
Not as much now.
I know my energy is on high and see things and hear things .
But it's who I am. I have barely any ego.
I can accept some people can't accept me.
Thats fine ..
I met alot of nice people on here
I never lied about my abilities, they tend to overwhelm me and scare
me at times.

Hey storm - have you developed a daily routine for yourself to meditate & ground your energy? I found this helped me to control my response to the incoming psychic whammies so the woo woo stuff doesn't stun me. It did take me a few months of regular meditation & persistent grounding but it did help me thru the transitions in & out of clairvoyant visions.

I listen to meditation music everyday meditative mind on youtube
It really helps I carry crystals in my pocket everyday.
And salt scrubs at night.
I do have stronger lucid dreams lately.
