Forum still alive?

This is the forum to say, "I'm leaving for a while" or "I'm back now" or whatever.

Forum still alive?

Post by Teeitupmo »

Is this forum still alive and kicking?

Maybe it's my Tapatalk application, but it shows no new posts since late March.

Best regards

Its staggering under the weight of its size but if you read the who’s on line stats at the bottom of the board index you’ll see there’s quite a few readers on line at most times day or night. It seems most people read a lot but don’t comment. Comments keep us going so c’mon folks, add your good thoughts. 😁

That tapatalk is more trouble than it's worth in my opinion,
huh...maybe that's why so many folks aren't tuning in, perhaps their tapatalk is giving bad info.
Yea, come on in and fire it up!
Unfortunately many of those users you see, Spirit, are bots...not sure why we need so many. Anyway if you click "who's online" it will list them.

If Tapatalk is problematic, while accessing the forum, what do you use on the mobile platform? Just the mobile browser?

With no "new posts" option...
... Put it this way: When you subtract "information is new", you get "we are strong" - OK, but I already knew that about everyone.

Barker tends to live and speak between the worlds, it takes some deciphering to get what he is saying.
I would take it as we have strength and knowledge, and therefore don't need new, news? >shrug< idunno...

Majestic, Bing & Google are the usual 🤖 bots I’ve seen here and bots usually are there to provide data security, unless you’re on something like Amazon or Pinterest where purchases & topics are reviewed to suggest other items of interest.

i shall attempt a different posting approach henceforth of keeping my comments brief.

I read a lot but don’t comment much, I’m afraid. I’m just such a loner in “real life” and it seems, sadly, in “online life” as well. But I’m feeling a call or pull or something to come back here lately……….

Yes that would be your option, also I have heard tapatalk will diminish some of the visibility of the board so it is not ideal, just swing by and check the "new post" "unread post" or "unanswered post", there is also an "active topics" and "your posts" button so your guaranteed not to miss anything!
