Celtic - Myths And Legends By T. W. Rolleston
Echoes Of A Savage Land By Joe McGowen
"The Celtic Heroic Age, 93 - 96 Selections From The Fin Cycle Trans John Carey.
The Journey By Joseph Dawton.
yeah, those are pretty good books.
my friend whos a druid is teaching me, he gave me these,
he says the best place to start learning an old religion is by learning the myths, legends, written accounts, anything on the background history ect you can get your hands on. it helps build a grounds for practicing druidry.

Hello there!
I have checked out a book 2 days ago titled "The Path of Druidry: Walking the Ancient Green Way" and have seen from Amazon that it has good reviews. I've also noticed that my library doesn't have many Druid-related books, since this book was the only one I could find.
Are there any book recommendations for the Druidry path for the beginner? I would also prefer if I could find a pdf format of these books online since I can't really buy them at the moment...

Thanks!

Blessed Be,
Erydiel

Merging these; perhaps it can turn into one big thread of books on druidry.

Here are a few more threads to check out:

This one has a list of sites that allow you to download copyright free pdf's of classic works, and there is likely to be a fair bit of druidry-oriented texts in there.

I'm hoping some of our newer members will be able to add their reading lists on druidry to this thread.

Start with 'Bonewits's Essential Guide to Druidism' and go from there.

I have joined the Druidical Order of the Golden Dawn (the first year book is The Celtic Golden Dawn. I am also applying to The Ancient Order of Druids in America with uses The Druidry Handbook as its first year curriculum. Those might be good starts for those two systems.
