For a book of spells, I recommend one that you write yourself. Beyond that, many spells are available here, if you just spend some time looking.

Cassandra Eason's "Complete Book of Spells" is hefty, thorough & imaginative. Used copies are inexpensive. Her book "Natural Magic" is smaller & also pretty good... More how-to. The best book of spells is the one you write.
