... of any kind. I am attempting to start a project with a couple of other people but one of the people became upset with me and sort of 'fell away' (it's over the internet but someone I've known over the internet for a long time). Wonder if anyone gets a sense of the outcome of the relationship (if the person will reappear) or the project outcome?
Thanks to anyone who wishes to take the time. I've been sort of broken hearted and confused over it lately.
I did a reading for you with The Cinderella Deck
In this deck, you are represented by Cinderella. The first card shows where things are now. Cinderella is in tears and this describes what you expressed in your reading request.
The second card shows Cinderella hard at work on her chores. She toils day and night on them without a break. In this position, it's showing the Real Issue, perhaps something you're not seeing in this situation. This card suggests that this project or more specifically this person may be too much work. Are you doing all the work on this project?
The final card shows Cinderella pampering the ugly stepsisters to make sure they're ready for the ball which she's not supposed to attend. This card signifies putting others needs before your own. This card is in the outcome position and suggests to me that if this person does come back into the picture, your time will be devoted to making sure they are happy, perhaps to the detriment of the project and to your own needs.
I pulled an additional card for guidance.
This card shows Cinderella holding the mice in a cage. If you're familiar with Lenormand cards, Mice relate to people and situations that slowly eat away at your progress and goals. Cinderella has the mice controlled in a cage. The mice might also represent all of the people involved in this project. Your guidance seems to be: be a team leader and gather your team together; take charge of this project and don't let anyone nibble away at it.
I don't get the sense that you did anything wrong in this situation. On the contrary, perhaps you've been over generous and have been taken advantage of. The advice suggests getting back your self-control and control of the team.
Hope that helps a bit!
