Using astral projection, is it possible change your physical form?

I heard something about that in shamanism but im not sure.

yes, you can change it, how drastic I am not sure. And about bringing physical objects with you. I never heard of it. But in this field it may be possible. I really have no idea, but my mind is pointing towards no.
