Does anyone here have any techniques on mental projections that they would like to share?

I'm trying to learn different ways to project and hopefully build up the confidence to astral project

I've been wondering if remote viewing is mental projection. RV is a lot easier that astral travel for a lookyloo at another location. There are websites on it.

According to Bardon''s theory, there is a difference between them. Remove viewing is like scrying, where mental projettison is closer to Astral projection.

Using a scrying mirror as a "jumping point" is a fairly common practice.

Our CIA Star Gate project employs a large obsidian disc (scrying mirror) as a portal for projection. We have achieved bi-location now and the project is alive and well and not discontinued as disinformation has proclaimed. The black disc is an excellent portal. You might also try the "T" doorway as found in Gobeki Teki archeological find. We found it is a portal to a rogue world when projecting into it. There are many T shaped "doorways to nowhere" discovered in archeology. Makes ya wonder why, what is the significance of this rogue world drifting in interstellar space with no parent star.

Sounds like ol' Nibiru...it gets all the rogue planet flak.
