OBE Without realising?

This morning whilst I was in bed I sat up quickly to check the clock for the time and banged my head (We hvae bunk beds) but I didn't even feel anything and went back to bed and then I remembered it after about 5 minutes and I couldn't remember doing it any sooner and when I remembered I could remember looking at the clock from my point of view from where I was sat but I could also remember looking at myself staight on rubbing my head and I know that I didn't pass out and I didn't look in a mirror because there isn't one in my room. Was this an OBE without even realizing? Thank you in advanced as this has got me puzzled. )O(

OBE requires a certain state of mind, it is possible that coming out of sleep could but it's a very long shot. Don't undestimate the ability of the subconcious to create images. It's what happens when you dream. It's possible you never even woke up. The mind at rest can be aware even if you are not.

But if that if true then how did I know the time? I couldn't have seen it from where I was laying I would have needed to get up?

Just providing a possibility. There are many things that are unexplainable in the world, though someone here may know more. I'm just not certain on it.
