Is it just me or does it seem there are more people who have trouble astral projecting than those who can. ?
i have been practicing for years.
please, if anyone with experience has advice on the topic or personal techniques, i am finally having doubts.
please, just someone maybe share a story, is it normal to take years?
must you be at a certain level of awareness in order to be able to "enter" ?

I can not answer these questions, I do have a book about clear dreaming doubt it..
anyways.. I find myself more easy to wander off into stories, sounds, different worlds when I am between really sleeping and awake. I did read something about astral projection, that it might be better to try at that moment though. That is all I can tell you.
