Astral plane vs. Ethereal Plane

I've never tried traveling before but have heard one plane is better than the other. Can anyone tell me the difference? How might I begin to travel?

I also haven't traveled so I can't tell you how to do it. Etheric projection is basicly like being a ghost I think, you can see and hear everyone and they don't know your there. astral is basicly another world seperate from ours

no one world is better than ours just different. our plane is just one of infinite planes of existence same with the astral just one of infinite

No etheric projection is simply as bilocation
