Sooo question.

I'm very interested in trying to astral project, and I'm not nervous or scared to do it.

Just curious, can you get "stuck" in an Astral plane?

I read that when you project, your in a almost sleep state, so anything could jolt or wake you.

But what if you were out of body for an extended period of time?

Do you think it would make a difference?

Thoughts?

Well there is controversy over this.
Some people don't believe you have any problem the longer you stay out, others believe beings can attach to your physical body while you are out roaming.
You are attached to your physical body by a cord of energy, so there isn't a way you cannot get back to your body. But, you might have some problems when you do come back if you are not in a safe area or very experienced.
Because of shadows and the like.
But, if your just roaming around in safe zones, you don't have anything to worry about.
