Unaware that I may be traveling?

Hello,

My Mother floored me yesterday by telling me that almost every night she is jolted from sleep by the feeling that someone is hovering above her. When she opens her eyes, it's ME! Anyone have any idea why this would be happening, and without my having any knowledge of it???
