Dude, screw big boobs. Small to medium-sized boobs are the best. Seriously though, I find that large breasts undermine the figure, and in some cases totally cover it up. There is much more to a sexually attractive woman than cup size.
I don't think there is any way to increase your breast size without an enormous amount of chi energy (nor is there any magick spell I know of for the case), so instead wear figure flattering clothes, (or what ever enhances your most positive points) and/or try a confidence spell, as was previously suggested.

It sounds like you need to re-vamp how you look at yourself! Speaking from experience, I am well endowed and believe me, the back/neck/shoulder pain isn't worth it hon!
Also, shopping is a nightmare, trying to find something "modest" takes on a whole new level if you want to wear the trendy styles. If you want to wear something "risque" well, let's say half the time I give a whole new meaning to "let it all hang out...." and work clothing, oiy! if your middle is a M/L and your top is an XXL, everything hangs straight down giving you the blimp effect.
Anyways, I've been thinking about your plight, here's a very simple self confidence candle magick spell I wrote for you.. Remember though, you need to make it happen for you!
Self Confidence
Burn a yellow candle on your altar (best day to do this would be Sunday).
Chant the following:
Please help me change the thoughts in my head,
Make it so the negative thoughts are dead,
I want to look into the mirror's shine,

Men like ALL breasts. Younger men are only into large ones because they're relatively new to them. I've never known a man to dislike any breasts as long as they were attached to a girl. (with the exception of fake ones).

Women always put more focus and breast size then men. As a man I'll tell you that if you got it going on then breast size doesn't matter. Yeah, we are attracted to big breasts. That doesn't mean that we are not attracted women without them. The fact is ok if a woman has big breasts we might over look an ugly face or excess pudge because we don't see anything but the breasts. The same is true for nice legs and flat tummies though. We find those features just as atractive as large breasts. Girls don't seem to notice us checking out their legs, stomachs and butts but trust me we do and we are just as attracted to them as we are to breasts.

I'm 5'4 and 107 pounds and I'm a 34A as well and I'm super-sexy. I've always felt badly for girls with big boobs. There are just so many advantages to having a smaller chest. I can wear anything I want and it FITS properly. When I wear a tight-fitting top men don't automatically think I'm a tease or that I'm horny for them. I can run and jump without my boobs bouncing all around and attracting the wrong kind of attention.
I was raised to be modest and I don't like drawing attention to my sexual parts. When you have a big chest, there is almost no way to be modest about it. It's always there, sticking out for everyone to see. Men are always staring at it. They don't notice how pretty your eyes are because they are too caught up in your boobs. Men automatically think that girls with big boobs are stupid and slutty because of all the porn they've watched. (Girls with big boobs are NOT stupid and slutty. It's just a stereotype.) I don't want to look anything like a porn star if that means that it attracts stupid, horny men. Men are horny enough just being around any decent-looking girl. If you have big boobs, they would NEVER leave you alone! If you had a boyfriend, you would have to wonder whether he is just dating you for your boobs. Then he would always be trying to bump into you or grope your tits. Since he is your boyfriend, he would probably feel entitled to do that. Men are so superficial. It's good to be perceived as intelligent and pretty instead of hot and sexy if you want to get a good man. Women with big boobs have to really go out of their way to make sure they don't look slutty when they go out.
You're a powerful, beautiful woman and a mysterious magical witch. You don't need any special effects like big boobs to make men desire you. All you have to do is know that they want you. When you're young, men want you regardless of what your boobs are like. They really don't care. I had too many boyfriends to count and my chest was always small.
It angers me that the media is always showing skinny girls with big tits, as though that's the norm. It's NOT the norm! Skinny girl = little tits. Big girl = bigger tits. It's a simple formula that applies to most women. I do know a woman with very large breasts and she is skinny but her husband always wants her to dress slutty for him. He uses her as a sex toy and treats her like a slave. It's not the kind of relationship I would recommend to anyone.
If you want better role models for small tits, watch the runway models. They always have a small chest. Just don't start thinking you're too fat if you watch them. Better yet, just use me as your role model. I have an awesome man who loves me. It really is a matter of how you feel about yourself. If you are putting out a vibe that says, "Boys don't like me" then boys will feel your desperation and they will flee from you (or use you for sex and dump you.) If you want advice on how to catch guys, you should read some of the many wonderful books available on the subject. "The Rules" is a good one to start with. You have to make guys feel like you have something that they want. The only way to do that is to have TRUE self-esteem (not the overly cheery, overly loud, fake self-esteem that most girls have.)
And oh yeah, if you gain weight your boobs will grow too. And you can do exercises for your pec muscles to make them appear bigger.

and boobs...yeah those things...I went from a -A to a C in one year from gaining 40 pounds...I lost 30 pounds these last two years...so my boob thingies got droopy...I did exercises and now I am comfortable going braless (free boobing).
