I found this out through experimentation. I also discovered it makes my skin feel very soft, better than store bought bath salts. I am pretty proud of this fact.
Anyway, here is a link. Happy Esbat everyone!

Green Witch ritual bath recipe
I am the Earth, The Sun and the Stars
And I am the also the Moon
I am all animal and birds,
And I am the outcast as well, and the thief
I am the low person of dreadful deeds,
And the great person of excellent deeds
I am Female. I am Male and I am Neuter. - Devi

Re: Green Witch ritual bath recipe
That sounds like a yummy combination, I imagine it is the chamomile that lends the greatest softening character.
I feel the ritual bath is important and I do not believe folks are adhering to that much these days, myself included. Sometimes the ritual shower is all one has time for, but I must admit the bath does set one up mentally for the scared work to be done. It gives one time to relax and contemplate the ritual before them and allow a meditative space. The herbs and their magical properties are permeating the brain and the body. ummmm wonderful preface.
Just a little heads up, Rue can cause photoxicity in some people, although the amount is so small I wouldn't regard it as dangerous unless I went to sunbathe directly after the bath.
I like to split the salt sometimes and add coarse grind to Epsom salts.
Thanks for the recipe
