Getting over someone

So the second "love of my life" - that was a doozy.
I didn't believe in "love at first sight" yet it happened. I fell so hard for this guy my head was still spinning years later.

The simple mantra/prayer/spell that was most helpful in my not being hung up on him so much was this:

"Everything I love about __(person's name)___,
I welcome into my life
In Abundance
And in whatever form is most beneficial to me."

I meditated on this (okay, thought about it while doing other things) and recited it aloud whenever nobody would catch me and think I was bonkers.

I was able to heal as I moved from feeling sadness, loss, and regret at not taking the opportunity to be with him, to a feeling of gratitude for what I learned about myself when I loved him.

There are things I loved about him that were missing from my life.
This spell took the blinders off and helped me open myself to receive those things in whatever other form they may manifest.

I can think of him and be at peace.

Thankyou soo much! This is so helpful. I’m currently going through a similar situation one where I never thought I’d be heartbroken for a man I fell for in seconds. I was so head over heels for him but I need to move on now and it’s been difficult.
