Now we all have those days / moments when we are stuck in a negative rut mood. Well i have discovered something of my own devising that works to get you out of it. I have only used this once however its worked pretty well for me.
The only thing required is that you have knowledge of the 7 chakras.
Sit in a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths as you go into a meditive state. Once you feel ready visualise the 7 chakras open and state the following
By earth air fire and water i command all negative thoughts intentions and energy to leave me so mote it be
After saying this say the following by earth air fire and water i invite only the most positive of thoughts and energy to join with me forever so mote it be.
