A simple technique to give someone a thought

I wasn't sure about the title of this thread, but I would like to share a very simple technique to make sure a person is going to consider your point.
When you want someone to be more receptive of your point of view, you just touch his wrist on the inside with your index finger, right where you can feel the pulse and make your point. This also works if you are for example on a job interview and when handshaking with your future boss, just stretch your index finger, touch his/her wrist and think something like "I am the right person for the job".
This technique, however, only works if your intention is not to manipulate the other person, but to help him/her see your point. It's an energy exchange and gives you as much as you give (if that makes any sense). I have used it in arguments with my husband and after that, we both see each others point more clearly. And while I actually want to make a point and make him see it, this comes like a calming technique and makes me see things more clearly too.
So I hope you find it useful and helpful.
