Where I am is safe and warm,
I am hidden from the storm,
I can close my eyes and breathe,
Let all my worries leave.
Simple but effective.

Do you think if I changed the tense of this so it said "where YOU are is safe and warm . . ." and whispered it into my daughter's ear before I layed her down at night, that it would be effective on her?

That is a very nice idea. In my opinion I don't see why it wouldn't help.
I'm so using this tonight, I'm like a nervous wreck!! Anyone have any meditations on nervous?? I'm like freaking out!!

hey, would that spell or blessing or what it is also work when your mind is crossing and running and you stay awake because the thoughts won't stop?

Thank you, I copied this to my "Book" of Shadows.
Its a Flash Drive XD Well, until I can get a real one this one works fine.
