Ostara Blessing?!

Hi, I have subscribed in many pagan newsletter, and even though it might seems silly, pretty good spells have come to my way through newsletters, so today I found this, its an Ostara Blessing, my question is simple, I just say the spell? or I need to do something, like light some candles, or incences or something?

I really want to do the witch festivals, because I never managed to celebrate them before (my family didn't knew) but now they do and its my first time to celebrate those festivals, so any tips and help would be awesome!

Ostara Blessing

"We kindle this fire today,
In the presence of the Holy Ones,
Without malice, without jealousy, without envy,

Thee we invoke, O Light of Life;
Be thou a bright flame before us,
Be thou a guiding star above us,

I would light a candle while speaking it. It doesn't have to be anything big, just a blessing and a candle.
