Hair rinses

Post by Smolly »

i found these somewhere, never used them but you guys might.

Black Tea Hair Rinse
(for red or dark hair)

- Pour about 600 ml of water into a pan and bring to the boil. add a teabag and allow to steep for a few minutes

- Scoop the tea bag out (with spoon lol) then leave tea to cool. shampoo and conition hair as usual.

- hold your hands over the tea hair rinse and empower it by saying
with this tea
my hair will be >br> strong and glossy for all to see

- pour the rinse into a bowl of warm water and using a jug to pour over your hair and gently massage in (i guess you should do it a little bit at a time to make sure your hair gets the most of it)

- whatever is left of the rinse pour out to the earth

Lemon Hair Rinse
(for blondes)

- (same method as before) instead add ...

- 30ml of lemon juice (instead of the tea ... yah?)

- Empower witht he following words
lemon juice and lemon zest
my hair will always look its best

- the follow the same steps as the tea rinse.

this really works! though you shouldn't go where there's a lot of sun because if you do your hair will start fading like if you had bleached it.
