Post by Smolly »

Strawberry Face Mask

15 ml of crushed oats
two large strawberries
single cream

* Grind the oats with a mortar and pestle

*crush the strawberries until they are a soft pulp

*pour the oats and strawberries into a bowl and mix with the cream until the whole thing is a paste

*Apply to face and leave for about 20 - 25 minutes

*rinse off, dab dry and (this is optional) apply a mild moisturiser

Egg White Face Mask

Three Large Eggs

*First seperate the egg yolk from the egg white,
do this by holding the egg ove a bowl then cracking it in half, pour the yolk from one half to the other allowing the white to fall through into the bowl

(put the egg yolk in the earth to nourish the earth)

*Whisk the egg whites til they become a thick paste, almost meringue like

*Apply to your face and leave for about 15 - 20 minutes

*rinse off, dab dry and (this is optional) apply a mild moisturiser

I think that unless you have very dry skin, you wouldn't need a moisturizer after those masks. They have excellent ingredients in them for your skin.
