Healing Salve

Not too sure if this is in the right section, but does anyone know any good recipes for home made salve for healing cuts and things?

1/2 teaspoon Tea tree oil,
2-tablespoons bees wax shavings or pellets (add 1/2 tsp more to make salve harder)
1/4 cup olive oil
combined on low heat, and poured into a jar to harden.
Sometimes I add aloe Vera gel and reduce the olive oil by the same amount.

Or straight aloe Vera gel rubbed directly on a wound.
