Tea Recipe for focus?

Post by Wanderer022 »

Hello again! So I'm having a hard time finding a tea for mental focus and concentration. So I though I would buy the herbs instead and make it myself. But I'm an absolute beginner and I've never made my own tea before! Does anyone have any simple recipes I could follow? Perhaps go easy on the herbs too, it's pretty hard to find "exotic" herbs where I live.

While I don't have any specific recipes, I do know that cinnamon is great for giving you a mental boost. My fiancé works for a coffee and tea company and they make a wonderful orange and cinnamon tea that I love to drink before spell work and during studying- perhaps this could serve as inspiration?

That's a great idea! I just need to google exactly how to make it... :D

I've been known to just add cinnamon sticks to a kettle of green tea *shurgs*
I think I'm too last to make my own tea, lol.

I actually found a suggestion online from Martha Stewart of all people. Hahaha

Just add cinnamon stick and orange peel, some sugar to water and boil. Then allow to steep and cool. Heat when you want to drink it. It's more flavoured water than tea, but oh well. Either way the ingredients will work their magick. :)
