Quick rosewater recipe anyone?

I need a quick recipe (including incantation) for rosewater.

You could boil a handfull of rose petals in some water,
then let it chill and strain away the petal debris....I don't really have an incatation for it though.
if you wish to use the water later you will have to refrigerate it, and it may keep for 5 days. If you wish to keep it longer you will have to add some vodka to it, at a ratio of about 15%.
Oh, and use petals that have NOT been sprayed with any chemicals.

Another option, if you don't wish to use actual flowers (I do this when I don't have the ability to get my hands on roses), is to infuse water with rose oil. (:

You can also buy rose water from an Arabic store.

Yes you can use dried.
And I have also used rosewater from my india spices store, I have also seen it at my local carniceria.

I've seen rose water at regular grocery stores a few times, too, so that might also be an option. If you already have the rose petals on hand it's probably quicker to just make your own, though.
