the importance of clay!!

clay is a very important tool to me, because you can make so many things out of it, even if youre not talented with your hands (cough like me cough)
so far I have made runestones and a goddess statue (the god statue fell apart) but the possibilities are endless!!!

You are so right...you can make anything out of it!, and it is so fun to smush through your fingers!
Clay really helps one get connected with the Earth element. I have made many a chalice on the wheel, and a pentacle in clay.
( a clay pentacle just seems perfect) I love art and majored in it, and ceramics was my favorite, cept I have about a gozillion pots
Sculpture is a great way to get the creative mind flowing, doesn't matter if one is really good at it or not, it is another of those exercises that helps to stimulate healing brain activity.
